Impact of Your Donations
The largest share of your donations in 2025 help fund protection of public lands and our inclusive and educational community events. Your donations also positively impact our wildlife, water, and energy resources. Issues we are highlighting include:
Standing up to federal threats to our public lands that have considerable local impacts, including drastic changes in land management policy on the federal level
Balancing the critical needs of wildlife and ecosystems with extractive industries and recreational land use
Promoting inclusivity and belonging in outdoor and environmental spaces through a summer and winter series of free, bilingual events
Engaging in important local, state, and national conversations about land management and ecosystem protection, including local Forest Service projects, proposed legislation, and community resilience to climate change
Hosting educational events, including drought and wildfire resiliency workshops and forest and watershed health events to explore our shifting climate and how we can adapt as a community
Conducting regular community outreach events including Coffee and Climate Conversations, our annual Moonlight Progressive Dinner on the Valley Floor, film screenings, and additional events throughout the year.
