Come join Sheep Mountain Alliance and Birds of Play on Monday September 16th! We will continue the tradition of floating down the Valley Floor on SUPs and picking trash from the river.

We will start the float at the bridge across from Shandoka, parking available at Carhenge or West End parking lots. Please be there at 12 pm - the float will take several hours. Please be on time. Due to lower river flows we will be walking along the waterway for portions of the trip. We will be picking up trash and invasive weeds along the way.

For those going back to town, we will provide transportation. Otherwise, feel free to join us at Telluride Brewing Company for some well-deserved brews afterwards!

18+ only, FREE and open to the public, spots limited to 15.

We will providing helmets, SUPs, PFDs, paddles, snacks, and waders. Please bring your own GOOD CLOSE-TOED SHOES, work gloves, sunscreen, water, mini dry bags, and waterproof and warm (non-cotton) layers. If you have your own SUP, mini packraft, or ducky, you're welcome to bring it!
